In today's world, there is an ever-growing emphasis on health and wellness. Yet most of the narrative neglects the practicalities of social engagements, which can often derail personal wellness efforts.
Socially Savvy Wellness was born out of continuously witnessing situations where cultural norms and social expectations clash with personal health goals.
The prevailing belief that we must choose between the joy of social life and the discipline of healthful eating triggers inner conflict.
We find ourselves torn between nourishing our health or nurturing connections. This dilemma keeps many in a cycle of compromise and internal conflict, leading to feeling remorseful over indulgences and deprived of the joys of social interaction.
